Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born October 17 1992) is an extremely popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil film and Telugu films, as well as a couple of Malayalam. She won the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her performance as actress Savitri. Also, she has received three SIIMA Awards as well as the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh happens to be the actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her first career was an actor for children. After completing her studies in Fashion Design, she returned to acting. She played her first major part on screen in Geethaanjali (2013) which was which was a Malayalam feature film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first films outside of Malayalam and signed on to be a part of several Tamil film projects simultaneously. The film she released was her debut, A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015 alongside Vikram Prbhu. The film was not successful at the box-office. To make room for larger projects because of her busy schedule, she had opted from a few films that she began to work on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romance) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. Then, she worked on Rajini's Remo and Remo in two films. In addition, Dhanush and she played leading roles in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. But, the movie has been being delayed from 2015 with speculation of a release date after September, 2020 with a brand name change to Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja was made in the year 2016 and featured actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was first seen in Bairavaa opposite Vijay and directed by Bharathan.
